Pastor Rick Komondor accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was eight years old. He committed to full-time ministry at the age of thirteen and continued to seek God's will for his life. On July 2, 2005, he married his wife, Charlene. The couple now has three sons and one daughter.

In 2004, Pastor Komondor became the Assistant Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church under the guidance of Dr. S. C. Schearer. On August 12, 2026, he become the Senior Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church of Great Falls, Montana, where he faithfully serves God alongside his wife Charlene and four children.
